Return and Exchange policy

Eligibility for Return and Exchange policy:

# You can return most new, unopened items sold by https://jaepart.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund under Jay Ambe Enterprises Return Policy.

# Items that have been opened, used, or installed may be eligible for an exchange at our discretion. We will assess the condition of the item before approving an exchange.

# Exceptions may apply to certain products, such as special orders or clearance items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
Refunds and Exchanges:
# If you are returning an item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your returned item and verifying that it meets the conditions outlined above. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

# If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. You will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us.

# Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

# If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
